1. Definitions
Click2me – (or "we", "us" or "our") means Click2me limited liability company, entered in the National Court Register – Entrepreneur Register under the number KRS 0000298025.
Service – means all the websites in the domain click2me.com.
Functions – means the functions, facilities and/or services we may make available to Users on or through the Website.
Submission – means any text, image(s), content or other material that a User uploads, transmits or submits through the Website, by email, instant chat, text message or otherwise for the purposes of posting or displaying such text, image(s), content or other material on the Website, contacting or interacting with other Users, Using the Functions or any other purpose.
Premium account – means a User that has paid a subscription fee and is permitted to use all of the Functions on the Website.
Group account – means an account contains at least two users and at least two pictures of the group.
Free account – means a user that is permitted to use the limited functions on the Website.
Terms – means these terms of use.
Use – (and "Uses" and "Using") means any access to, or use of, the Website, making a Submission and/or using the Functions.
User – means an individual that Uses the Website, including without limitation a Subscriber.
Account – this is a place on the Website, available after signing up (a username and password), in which every registered user could enter and modify the contents of his or her account.
Selection – means the right to block/delete accounts of users who has violated the Terms or has not fulfilled selector’s requirements.
Selector – a person responsible for the content of the Website in accordance with the select community policy.
Select community – means a community of users who does not violate the Terms.
You and Your – means you or the relevant User of the Website.
2. General
2.1 Your Use of the Website is subject to the Terms.
2.2 If you do not agree to be legally bound by the Terms please do not Use the Website.
2.3 We may change the Terms at any time, without notifying users. The user is bound to acquaint with the valid terms according to the date publication.
3. Use of the Website
3.1 You must be 18 years old or over to Use the Website.
3.2 You may Use the Website solely for organising your social life, planning nights out and meeting and communicating with other Users.
3.3 You are permitted to create one individual account and multiple group accounts.
3.4 You must not provide false information in any Submission and Click2me reserves its right to terminate the Terms if it has reason to suspect that you have.
3.5 You agree not to copy, imitate or replicate, in whole or in part, the Functions.
3.6 You are responsible for providing and paying for the means of Using the Website.
3.7 The names, images and logos identifying Click2me or third parties and their products and services may be subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks of Click2me and/or third parties.
4. Submissions
4.1 By uploading and/or transmitting a Submission, you agree that your Submission is non-confidential and non-proprietary and may be posted, displayed, or considered for posting or display, on the Website by Click2me.
4.2 The information put during registration process does not constitute personal data in accordance with the Polish Law on the Protection of personal data of 29 August 1997.
4.3 By registering on the Website you agree to use of the data collected for marketing purposes.
4.4 You agree to the collection, processing and use of given data, including e-mail address, by click2me to advertising, market research and behavior and preferences of the intended recipients of these studies on the need to improve the quality of services provided by click2me, in accordance with the provision of electronic services of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204).
4.5 The user of the Website cannot:
a. restrict or inhibit any other User from making Submissions and/or prevent them from enjoying or Using the Website;
b. make any Submission which may be, or may be considered unlawful, threatening, abusive, libellous, slanderous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent, including any material constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offence.
c. make any Submission which violates or infringes the rights of others.
d. misuse the Website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other technologically harmful material;
e. make any Submission for commercial purposes (including promoting bars, clubs, restaurants, other venues, club nights and other events) or which contains advertising or any solicitation with respect to products and services (this section (e) does not apply to Users that are venue/ promoters that have entered into a separate agreement (written or oral) with Click2me in respect of their Use);
f. make any Submission that is intended to dissuade Users from using the Website for any direct or indirect commercial purpose;
g. Use the Website to collect email addresses and other data;
h. include any unauthorised links on the Website;
i. attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the server on which the Website is stored or any server connected to the Website;
j. upload any pictures present persons, who did not agree with it.
4.6 We request that you notify us by email at reporter@click2me.com or use the abuse reporter function on the Website if you notice that the terms has been violated.
5. Functions
We reserve the right to update, amend, change or withdraw the Functions and/or to introduce new Functions at any time without prior notice.
6. Party photographs
By allowing your photograph to be taken by the photographer at any party, event and/or night that we organise or host from time to time, you give us permission to display, post or publish such photograph on the Website or any other website at our discretion.

8.1 User can delete one’s account at any time by the function „delete account” on settings page.
8.2 In case of violate the terms click2me reserved the right to delete an account and to terminate usage of the Website without noticing any reasons.
8.3 User whose account has been deleted cannot:
1. You agree not to create accounts under another or the same name or identity;
2. Subscribers will not be entitled to a refund of any monies paid;
